This is cut, shaped and polished lapidary slab buckle with metal hardware attached to the back, artisan made from the 1980s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2", it's about 3/8" thick, it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.9 oz.
