Balance is in good condition freely spins, but it should be serviced for use. Diameter: 32mm 38mm with bow.weight:19.4g Dial has damages, but overall condition is quite nice. Serial number of 1443. Very low serial.I also have matching men's model from Vacheron that I purchased together back in the day. Case was tested for 18carat (0.750) at a jeweler. It is absolutely solid gold K18.
