Description: Haven't seen one with this type of lid before. Rarer item. The lid is chipped on one corner. The canister does have chips one one of the 4 rim sides. I do see some small cracks on the rim edge where the pitting is as well. The bottom of the canister has pitting. Overall it is still in very good condition compared to others and has a rare lid. See Photos Uranium's primary purpose was used to make green dye before the invention of the atom bomb. Which is why Uranium glass glows when exposed to UV light. Items sold "as is".
