After close examination I could not find any countable damage that would hinder a fussy buyer to move forward in buying this example. There are hardly any blemishes at all, and none even worth mentioning; no staining, cracks or chips; no mold problems from manufacturing, and hardly any even tiny bubbles; but has a few striation lines in the base.. The color match between the base & shade matches pretty well the shade being slightly lighter do to it being thinner.This is a lamp you will be thrilled with & one you will always enjoy & be proud of.Let me quote Marjorie Hulsebus "Buy less lamps, but make sure you really love them, & buy the best you can afford."
