Description: I don't know much about this piece other than it is unique and very pretty with its earthy tones. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The leather strap has broke at some point so is just tied on the one side. The leather seems strong still but does have some cracking to it, so replacing it before hanging would probably be a good idea. It is marked on the back with what I assume is Hebrew but I'm unsure of what it says. Below that is the number 28 and Isreal. On the front there is a small spot where the glaze didn't cover. It is not damaged and you can see where the clear glaze goes over the top of it. On the back is an area that is a bit rough. It has some glaze built up on it and some small flaked areas within it that must have happened while being fired. Please see the attached picture's for additional details.
