Description: Classic and stylish ca. 1940s vintage HAMILTON dress watch in curved case. Well preserved silver/cream dial with some minor blemishes and discoloration. The 14k gold filled case is in nice visual condition with minor age related wear and tear. The crystal has a few cracks noticeable up close. An interesting timepiece reminiscent of the Gruen Curvex. Performance/Accuracy: Winding and time setting work fine however a small amount of outward pressure is needed to set the time. Accuracy is decent at about +60 to 90 spd however please note, this timepiece is being sold AS IS with no guarantee regarding future time keeping and with the understanding that the watch may need to be serviced at some point in the future.
