Description: This listing is for the pictured vintage Hasbro GI JOE 1986 Serpentor, complete with all parts, in good shape, see pics. The figure has pretty tight joints, but his neck is loose, and I didn't want to crank the screw on gold plastic. The screws show rust. The cape has a tear in one shoulder.
