Description: Leica IIIG 35mm film rangefinder camera. Serial #848726. Made in Germany in 1957-1960. Built-in rangefinder. Viewing frames for 50 & 90mm lenses. Use all Leica M39x1 screw mount lenses. Shutter speeds are: 1sec -1/1000 split on two dials at 1/30 and B. Good working shutter. Camera is in Ex/Ex+ or 8/8.5 out of 10 cosmetic condition. One ding in top cover at the rear behind the rewind knob(see photos). Top plate is fairly clean otherwise. Bottom plate has some small bright marks on it. Original vulcanite cover has some repairs in it on the front under the lens(see photos). Clean viewfinder. Rangefinder "second" image is good. Original accessory flash shoe. Smooth film advance. Good working shutter. Good shutter curtains. One of the curtains appears to have a little glue on it at one end that will not affect camera operation. Original take up spool.
