There is a tiny nick on the front, see picture, but it doesn't go all the way through the leather. There is a tag on the inside that says 48. When measured the waist around is approx 33" and inseam is approx 8 1/2". Adjustable suspenders with a nice buckle, buttons for the fly under codpiece. Nice heavy solid Lederhosen!
