Description: Until the 70's, General Electric (GE) participated in the world market with several locomotives from the series called ?U? from Universal. In Brazil, the largest locomotives of these series were the U23C, with 2250HP of power, and 170 units were manufactured in Campinas, between 1972 and 1976. The evolution of the ?U? continued until the U36C when GE launched a new series that received the prefix ?C?, starting with the C30-7, which is a 3000HP 3-axle truck locomotive produced in the late 70's.In Brazil, 48 C30-7s were produced, 41 of which for E.F. Carajás and 7 for Cutrale Quintella, to operate on Fepasa's wide gauge lines. With the possibility of importing used locomotives, our railroads began to bring hundreds of C30-7, C36-7 and others from the USA. In April 2007, their number already exceeded 500 in Brazil. These are 2 emblematic locomotives present in all Brazilian railroads in current times.Product suitable for collectors, not a toy.Does not come with rails or controller.Attention: The number that appears on the cabin may be different from the one shown in the images. As instructed by Frateschi, the curved rail indicated for this model is the 4219, not being recommended for the 4188 rail, which has a radius of 360 mm.Brand/Supplier: Frateschi.Material: Metal and Plastic.Power: 14VScale: HO 1/87.Product Reference: 3079.
