The Flip Grill is adjustable to accommodate different thickness of food. You can flip something as thin as bacon and as thick as a Spatchcock chicken. Anything from a quesadilla to a piece of meat 2" thick. The Flip Grill is self-leveling which makes the flipping process very simple. The Flip Grill comes with a base that fits inside the Kamado and a drip pan to aid in mess retention when loading and unloading food onto the grill. There is a "built-in" handle on the Flip Grill which aids in transporting the grill to and from the Kamado. The Flip Grill is manufactured using 304 Stainless Steel and is 100% food safe.
