Description: For sale is a beautifully carved wood vintage Viking / Celtic style dresser box. The piece is 4 ½ inches square by about 2 3/4 inches tall. It has a hinged lid, carved with a Viking style dragon in very high relief. It has an inset red glass or stone eye. The sides have additional carved dragons in low relief, and the edges have a bone design with pointed corners. There are no marks. Condition on the piece is fairly good. There are cracks at some of the corner points, and a small piece is missing from one corner as shown. It has not been refinished or altered. A great looking box!
