Description: Femalefigure, arching backwards (as though diving), not overtly nude but not clothed,either. Asubstantial piece! Dimensions 20” H x 13” L x 6” W. Weight 19lbs. Very nice condition, kept indoors – but I believe it would tolerateoutdoor display, for example near a swimming pool. Note“flea bite” on one corner of base, which is not very noticeable, could berepaired easily, but for now it shows that the black color continues throughthe stone (marble?) interior of the piece, and the glossy or polished finish isnot just a superficial, colored glaze. “Artdeco” is just my impression; I’m not an art expert, and corrections andcomments are welcome. I’ve owned the piece about 15 years; its age isotherwise indeterminate. Offered at no reserve, likely a bargain, butready for a new home!
