Description: Offered for your consideration is a clear glass relish dish made by the Dalzell, Gilmore, and Leighton Glass Company (1888-1899) in their number 59D "Amazon" pattern. Also known as "Double Fan", this pattern was introduced in 1895. The relish tray measures 8.75 inches (22.2 cm) long, 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) wide, and is 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) tall. This relish tray is in excellent used condition with no cracks, chips, noticeable scratches, nor repairs. There is minimal roughness in places along rim, see photos. Relish tray is used so there may be faint surface scratches, minor wear, or other indications of use. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There are bubbles within the glass, and there may be a shear (straw) mark and other minor imperfections due to the glass making process used at the time.
