It incorporates a gamut of emotions from comedy to pathos, without becoming overly sentimental. For a movie in the 'western' genre, there's not a gun in sight! All in all, a nicely-photographed, slow-moving story of good people trying to overcome a bad situation. If comparisons to the Sarah Trilogy comes to mind, you've got it.
