Plant seeds in early SPRING to give the plant enough time to grow, flower, and set seed by the end of the year. This is a very beginner friendly species, a great introduction to annual carnivorous plants. Standard tropical Drosera care, the same care required by D. capensis, is al that is needed for this species to thrive. I grow my D. Serpens at ~25% humidity, 85-50 degrees Fahrenheit(Depending on time of year), and 150PPFD light.
