A yellow ribbon passes through the circles and behind Mickey. Written on the red ring is "Pin Trading" above Mickey and "Traditions" below him. "Traditions" is the name of the Walt Disney World cast introduction and orientation class. This is a pin given as a gift upon completion of this class. The pin is given to new cast members with a card that reads:"Pin Trading at Walt Disney World Resort began with the Millennium Celebration kick-off in 1999. Since then, it has become a Disney tradition and has created tangible memories for our Guests from around the world.
