The FreqOut is perfect for situations where volume must be controlled like in the studio, with in-ear monitors, or low-volume performance and practice. However, the FreqOut can also be used at gig volume to focus out-of-control feedback on a preferred harmonic at any stage position. The FreqOut uses a 9VDC power supply to easily integrate into your existing pedalboard. Controls include Feedback, Momentary On and Off, Dry On and Off, Gain, Onset, Type, and Effect On and Off. It has 24-bit A,D,A conversion. Momentary Switch The Momentary Switch sets the operation of the footswitch. When set to the ‘On’ position, the feedback effect will only be enabled as long as the Footswitch is held down. When set to the ‘Off’position, the feedback effect will toggle between enabled and bypassed modes each time the footswitch is pressed. Gain Knob (Center) The central Gain Knob controls the amount of feedback signal that is mixed in with the dry guitar signal. Onset Knob (Ring) The Onset Knob (ring) sets the time it takes for the feedback to grow to full strength. Type Knob Type Knob lets you select from one of seven feedback harmonic types. Input 1 Connect your instrument to the Input 1 jack. Output Connect the output to the input of another pedal or the input of your guitar amp. Dry Switch The Dry Switch turns the dry signal path on or off when the feedback effect is enabled. Feedback LEDs Feedback LEDs light from the center LED out as the feedback signal increases. The amount of feedback is controlled by the Onset knob. Footswitch The footswitch turns the effect on or off. It can be configured for momentary or latched operation using the Momentary switch.
