They come from the archives of the EUGENE REGISTER-GUARD NEWSPAPER. They were made available by the studio for the newspaper's TV Guide or Color Features. This is much like a regular slide--without the frame--and must be held to the light to see the image. Obviously, this can be used to print a photographic image.
