The top part comes off the base and there are several indentations for different sizes of candles, from taper to jarred candle. The raised relief on this depicts Santa's voyage over a town delivering his toys with his reindeer guiding his sleigh. This would make a perfect addition to any holiday décor. There are two tiny blemishes, one is on the base and one is near the top of the cylinder. See the last two photos for details.
