Description: Photos - You will receive the exact CGC book(s) as photographed. Grading - Any item graded by an independent grading company (e.g., CGC, CBCS, PGX, etc.) is sold with the understanding that whatever grade given is the accepted industry standard and not up for debate. If you disagree with the grade that an independent grading company has assigned, then that is not a legitimate reason to claim the item was "not as described" in order to return the item or assess unfavorable feedback. Your dispute in that case is with the independent grading company and not me or the item I have sold. Additionally, due to the nature of the production process for the CGC cases/holders, there may be some slight blemishes or scratches on the plastic holder itself, this does not impact the grade or condition of the book within the case. Please do not purchase this book if you are expecting a perfect, blemish free, case as it does not exist. Autograph/Signatures - All items with autographs were collected by me at a show and witnessed/authenticated by CGC as part of their Signature Series Program. Newton Rings - The ?rainbow effect? or ?Newton rings? are a normal occurrence when two different plastics (which have different refractive indexes) are placed together. It is not an oil or substance within the case. They are often difficult to photograph and with your lighting, you may see more or less of the effect. This is also not a condition to claim the item was "not as described" in order to return the item or assess unfavorable feedback. Payment - Please pay in a timely manner (within 5 days). That is my reason for putting a 5 business day handling time on my items. I will ship as quickly as possible and will try to contact you if an item will take more than three days to ship. International Shipping - I use eBay?s Global Shipping service to handle delivery and customs/import fees outside the United States. Any additional shipping, taxes or fees are determined and added by eBay in addition to my domestic charges.
