NO MORE STICKERS : We hand clean each case which makes a way cleaner and cared for game. We also carefully remove each and every sticker off of the cases. We carefully remove residue, wipe down each case with a cleaner, inside and out. The only time they are not removed, is when they are placed directly on art, or discs, that would cause physical damage to the item. NO MORE DESTROYED CASES: Cases are replaced when they show moderate to extensive damage, at no cost to the consumer. We believe that customers want a clean and cared for game. While some cases and games can show their age because they are decades old, we can attempt to alleviate the symptoms of time. RESURFACED WHEN UNACCEPTABLE : Resurfacing provides video games with a new life. While expensive, we believe that the consumer will appreciate a clean, near scratch free (or scratch free) disc. Nobody likes to receive a game that is scratched beyond recognition. We will NOT send out a disc that does not meet our quality standards. Any discs that have surface scratching or light scratching are tested before being listed, to confirm it works. They are tested to menu, and also tested to beginning of campaign, or tutorial.
