Description: This piece is truly amazingly carved.... It needs restoration or to be repurposed in some way the tulips are deeply carved and just amazing... Carved in the back by the maker is the year 1816.... Which is also the year without summer so perhaps this was carved by someone who did not want to go outside.... I hope someone will restore this or repurpose it in some way that is magnificent. Approximately 12 in tall by 8 in wide at the widest point. The parts are loose someone has tried to tighten things up with a screw or two but to me the most important part are the tulips and those have not been touched... What a great addition to any decor!
