Description: This is an ORIGINAL 1970 A&M RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'Close To You' from popular 1970s era pop siblings The Carpenters. It is A&M Records U.S. catalog number SP-4271, with the original factory shrinkwrap slightly torn but still surrounding the cover, and with the original retail price sticker still affixed to the shrinkwrap. Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original A&M Records stock sleeve with with pictures of other then-current A&M Recods LP releases. Please see my accompanying back cover image for the track listing and other information. Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Condition of cover is VG++ with the original factory shrinkwrap torn at the upper right corner of the cover but still surrounding the cover and with a couple of light stains under the shrinkwrap. Condition of A&M Recors stock inner sleeve is VG+ with a little wear and a few slight wrinkles.
