After the break-up of the FirstEdition in 1976, he turned to acting. He first gained televisionexperience on the variety series "Rollin' on the River" in1971. He would go on to appear on such series as "The RockfordFiles", "Flo", "The Incredible Hulk", "T.J.Hooker", "V", "Baywatch", "HomeImprovement", and "Justified". On the film side, hiscredits included "National Lampoon's Vacation" (1983),"Starman" (1984), "Total Recall" (1990), "TinCup" (1996), "Sling Blade" (1996), and "PennyDreadful" (2006). He was also credited for the soundtrack of thetelevision shows "V" and "Get a Life". He passedaway after a long illness.
