Original gatefold cover (very light wear) and custom inner sleeve containing band and concert photos. An additional insert contains lyrics/credits/photos (has notes in pen on inside for a couple songs and a few stains). Has surface scratches both sides (they looked worse than they actually are under bright lights used to take photos). Has a separation on inner sleeve and dried residue from an old piece of Scotch tape used to repair it. Priced fairly for an original, 40+-years-old, playable LP, with still-undocumented (until now) variants. Collectible copy of undocumented variations to the Terre Haute pressing variant (of the Pitman and Santa Maria pressings of same catalog #).
