Description: Here's a beautiful, and hard to find, Beswick Bay "The Quarter Horse Stallion" with a high gloss finish. This is No. 2186 made between 1969-1982 and designed by Arthur Gredington. He's a very well proportioned quarter horse model in a great stance that looks life like. This figurine has great attention to detail, beautiful coloring, and a very expressive face. Beswick, founded in 1894 in England, produced many high quality porcelain figurines throughout the 20th century. This piece measures approximately 8" tall and 10" long. It has no chips, nicks, cracks, crazing or repairs. I would rate it as mint condition. Please feel free to email with any questions prior to bidding or buying.
