Description: Very nice specimen with lustrous isolated crystals of Azurite scattered in and on vugs on this matrix. Some of the crystals are actually Malachite pseudomorphs after Aruzite, and also a few partial pseudo morphs. Looks like Milpillas or Anhui in China, but actually from the Sepon mine in Laos. This mine, although not as widely known as the other localities, a large copper mine in Laos, has produced some of the best Azuriter in the world. When looking at the lustrous Azurite pieces on this specimen, it is easy to see that. This specimen is 15 1/4 oz, or 432 grams. The size is 3.5 inch x 3 inch x 2.5 inch. Please be advised, I ship with Ground Advantage.
