POSTSCRIPT:I feel I need to address and answer what has been my two most common questions I am getting in regards to these cigar box cards..I hope these answers clear up these questions..I also understand, however, human nature being what is, there is always going to be a percentage of people who are still skeptical, and for those folks, no answer would suffice. With that being said, please read below..... Question: How is possible that every card in these cigar boxes are nearly perfectly centered? Answer:It's not possible. I have only listed a small percentage of these cards from the cigar boxes on Ebay, and, I only put up for sale the very best ones...I still have hundreds of these cards that are not well centered at all...Selling raw, off centered cards on Ebay is simply futile..That is why only centered cards for sale. Question: If these cards are so nice, why don't you grade them yourself? Answer: I'm 64 years old, I don't do this for a living, and I have resisted grading cards all these years....I have a combination of buyers who buy from me and grade cards, and also who buy from me and do not grade cards.. the safeguard is that I absolutely will refund in full if a buyer gets a card, and upon receipt, doesn't like it for any reason. However, I let everybody know that all bets are off once it is sent in for grading(unless of course, it comes back as altered or not authentic).. Also, please read below.. "Every card I have in my possession from my childhood, and certainly the ones from the cigar boxes, have been in our family for over 50 years. So, this is found money for our family. And, money is not the end all for me. I don't need to squeeze every last cent out of what has been my good fortune. Also, I simply do not grade cards. I never have. I do not like what grading has done to a once pure hobby. We have arrived at a point where the grade has become more important than the card. And, the expense of grading cards has also become prohibitive, not to mention the wait time involved... Every baseball card in existence was raw at some point. Meaning, of course, cards were raw before they were graded. My point being, just because the card is not graded, does not necessarily indicate the card is not of the highest caliber. I'm here to tell you, these cards are absolutely gorgeous." In closing, please look at my feedback specific to the sale of these cards.
