The book was originally bound in blue paper covers, just like this, and there are no indications to cover or text that this is a later publication. However, I have seen a few other copies like this on the market before, and it was probably printed closer to 1983, possibly to commemorate the book's centennial. This copy is in very good shape, only some minor wear to the cover edges; the binding is tight; the text is toned with age, otherwise in fine shape. Quite rare. If this were a true first, I'd ask about $10,000. And it's hard to tell. Measures just over 4.5" X 7", 236 + iv pages, illustrated. Ships promptly & securely.
