Description: This Maxwell headset is in excellent condition, the microphone headband and earmuffs have it all been misted with a hand sanitizer and wiped clean, this was my personal headset the reason I'm selling is because I tried to update it with my phone by plugging in the dongle and that was not the right way to do it so I tried to do it on my computer and couldn't get it done and got frustrated so I just bought me another one, in the meantime I thought I would let my grandson try to update it on his computer , these kids these days are a little smarter and sure enough he was able to do it apparently our laptop was not up to date anyway my loss is your gain you will be very happy with this headset it was well taken care of and works fantastic which is why I bought a second one please see all photos thank you Brett
