Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This little doll is a Horsman Baby Bumps baby doll, which was made in the 1910s, making him approximately 110 years at the time of this writing. He measures approximately 12 inches tall and is unmarked. He has a composition stationary dome head and a hard cloth stuffed body (possibly velvet or sateen) with jointed slightly bent teddy bear arms and legs. He has hand painted facial features to include brown eyebrows, blue painted side glancing eyes, tiny nose, puffy rosy cheeks, red painted lips with slightly open mouth, and an obvious double chin. His face is modeled after Kämmer & Reinhardt's doll mold 100. His cloth body is in good condition, just a bit dirty. His composition face was repainted/repaired where possible to stabilize him. He comes wearing an antique/vintage cream-colored christening gown adorned with lots of lace and matching bonnet with a missing tie, which was repaired, a vintage cloth diaper, and a new pair of diamond design knit socks to complete the outfit. His clothes have been laundered; and, unfortunately, while I was ironing the gown, the heat “melted” a place on the taffeta on the right side of the gown. Sold as is; no returns; no refunds.
