Description: An antique Indian carved wood temple relief panel of the Hindu deity Indra and also Vedic the dog, 18th Century with label verso. This panel has been salvaged likely belonging to a larger group of similar reliefs. It was done by a highly skilled craftsman and the details are stunning in person. Overall it is in good condition for age with typical surface wear including some scattered losses, aging to wood, patina, etc. Please see all photos for condition.
