It's made from silk netting mesh with black ruffled lace at the bottom. The lace begins about 29" from the waistline and goes for 6" until reaching the hem of the skirt. There is a waist side seam slit and the waist line has been bast stitched. This piece is in good condition, however there are a few spots where the lace trim has begun to tear from the skirt.
