Description: This vintage ceramic bobblehead features an American League Umpire made by Twins Enterprise (TEI) during the 1990s. It is an original piece that stands about 8 inches high. This bobblehead was made in China and does not come with its original box. There are what appear to be a few paint touch ups under the edge of the head - see the attached pictures. On the other hand, this could just be a sloppy finish at the factory. I see no other issues. It still displays well and is perfect for any baseball fan's collection.
