ITEM DESCRIPTION: Quality REPRINT of a Magazine AD (a great color copy of an original 1906 BLACK & WHITE AD on quality acid free paper ~ a color copy shows the aged paper with the light sepia tone coloring making it an exact duplicate of the aged original) featuring the STEINWAY MINIATURE GRAND PIANO. This Art Nouveau ad beautifully illustrates women playing the harp and holding a music note scroll along with an illustration of a miniature grand piano with the price of $700. This antique, early 1900's ad has the caption, "THE MEASURE OF ALL PIANOS" and states, "The piano by which every other piano is measured is the Steinway. How does the instrument in question compare with the Steinway in volume, brilliancy, mellowness, and charm of tone?......THE STEINWAY...........two latest models, the Vertegrand at $500 and the Miniature Grand at $750......" The ad features seven main features of the hotel including the location, four hotels & fifty two cottages with prices of $2.50 per day upwards, golf links, livery of horses, game preserve, sanitary conditions, and only resort in the country from which consumptives are absolutely excluded.
