The vinyl itself is in mint condition but because of 'April 90' writtenj neatly on the label (A-side only) I have graded it in near mint condition overall. The words PROMOTIONAL COPY are printed on the record label, on both sides. Canadian Promotional records were pressed in very limited numbers and distributed to print media and selected radio stations for review purposes and never sold to the general public.
