The clear water indicates Daphnia eats all the magic food, and the feeding can be given one more. Feeding should only be based on population size and cloudiness of water column. Example : If daphnia population is less than 100 pieces, feed less magic foods like 1/2 tsp (teaspoon). If close to 500 population size feed more like 1tsp not exceeded 3 tsp.
