Description: I am offering these lovely little Redwood logs for carving, taxidermy mounting, slicing, air plant mounting, or just anything you want. Beefiest one is 8" long, 4" at widest end, 3 7/8" at smaller end. Slight checking at one end. Slimmer one is 7.5" long, 3 1/4" oval at wide end and 3" at smaller end. Slight checking at one end. They were cut in August of 2024 from a large limb that was knocked down from our grand tree in a storm. Luckily the tree is fine. See last photo to see the tree in our yard. It is huge! We planted it in 1986. The wood is light in color and weight. . Perfect for air plant mounting ( tillandsia) or as a base for art or figurine. Get creative and crafty with these beauties.
