1987 VINTAGE CLASSIC X-MEN 9 SIGNED 3X DAVE COCKRUM, CHRIS CLAREMONT & ART ADAMS

Description: Marvel Comics, Classic X-Men # 9 Comic Book (1st Printing) from 1987. COMIC HAND SIGNED BY ARTISTS DAVE COCKRUM & ART ADAMS AND WRITER CHRIS CLAREMONT! (see my other auctions for more signed comics & cards). Comic was hand signed by Dave Cockrum at the annual New York Big Apple National Comic-Con 2002, and by Art Adams and Chris Claremont at the annual Connecticut Comic-Con 2023. It comes with 2 POA's (Proof Of Authenticity) & a COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) . 3 autographs for 1 bid! Reprints X-Men # 101, enter The Phoenix! Sadly Dave Cockrum passed away in 2006 It comes with 2 POA's and a COA! Comic is in ? or better condition. Presents as a F+/VF- but has some rippling on the cover as if it had some moisture damage. No musty smell and displays beautifully. To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me, or my proof of admission to the convention and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time! I personally guarantee that the signature is authentic, and was signed by the creator, witnessed by me. If you prefer a certificate I also provide those upon request.
