And upon trying to do Trapunto, some of the batting is sticking out. *circled * I believe the ticket to be authentic on the back of the purse. It really is amazing for someone to go to great lengths to make this, even though it is glued shut. It doesn't rattle, as if something is in there. It's just a really cool piece for the hard-core Kentucky Derby fan! Estate sale find and not from a smoke-free or pet free home.
