1977 Topps Star Wars FULL SET (330 cards & 55 stickers)

Description: Hello Star Wars fans, let's first get on the same page together. I see a lot of confusing listings for 1977 Star Wars card "series" that are "complete." But keep in mind that there are FIVE "series" in the 1977 Topps Star Wars collection. That's 330 cards in all, so don't drop major coin on a "full series" that is actually just 66 cards, or 132 cards, or any amount under 330! Also keep in mind that a true "full set" of 1977 Topps Stars Wars contains 55 stickers too. And they in particular can be tough to find in high-grade shape. Now that we've got that clear, I can share that this is indeed a true FULL 330 card set AND a true FULL 55 sticker set. Next, the question should be "what shape are the cards in?" And the answer is really good. The cards were all owned by Andy Yanchus, giving them some particularly special provenance. Andy was a colorist for Marvel, where he worked on Amazing Spider-Man, Alpha Flight and UnCannyX-Men...amongst other titles. As if that isn't a cool enough resume, he also worked at renowned toymaker Aurora Plastics, from which came model kits like Godzilla,King Kong, Frankenstein and all the cool prehistoric dinosaur and caveman kits. This special provenance is not built into the price, so just consider it an extra. I feel it’s a cool additional attraction and is something the purchaser of the collection can choose to promote, if they choose. I will provide evidence of the provenance upon purchase. To get back to condition, I personally looked over and sleeved every card. I was really taken by how solid his collection was, but I guess that makes sense, given his keen eye. I PSA'd 42 cards/stickers and the average came out to a PSA 8+. There is one PSA 6, five 7's, TWENTY-EIGHT 8's, along with SEVEN Mint 9's with low POP's and very few cards listed higher. It's a fun mix, and the coolest part is how many high quality cards remain in the collection! As you can see, I am passionate about the cards, and I want them to go to a good home. So please ask any questions you'd like, as I truly enjoy discussing the cards. FYI, the photo's of the cards in the sleeves are from when I originally acquired the collection. They have been put into a new binder and the PSA list below shows all the cards & stickers that have been graded. They are ordered nicely in a separate box.
