Issued to Paul Biller in Oklahoma. The plaque has some scuffing, scrapes, markings, corner/edge wear, nicks, dings, and general wear. Overall, this item is in pretty decent shape considering the age. Please see all photos. Really cool piece for the car & auto fans out there. The plaque measures approximately 10 inches by 10 inches and is just shy of 1 inch thick.
