Description: Vintage 1951 Lot of 11 Street & Smith Astounding Science Fiction Magazines. Includes every month of the year except for June. Early science fiction by many of the greats of the day. Each measures about 8" x 6". All are between acceptable ad good+. Most of these cheaply made pulp magazines have light edge wear/light chipping, light page tanning and cover rubbing and other age wear. No address labels. Solid bindings except for the April issue (cover has hanging on by a thread with spine edge paper loss-see photos). Weren't designed to last , but these are pretty solid compared to many that we come across :-) We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
