Description: This guaranteed original Puck magazine cover print is from an 1896 edition and measures approx. 10 1/4" by 13 1/2". The artist's name, F.M. Howarth, appears in the bottom right corner. Nine separate vignettes depict Van Horn who comes up with a scheme to have others buy him drinks by donning political Bryan pins in order to open up debate. There is some minor material loss of its bottom left corner, small edge tears in places and toning/discoloration around its edges but these can easily be cropped or matted out. Very suitable for framing which I'll leave up to you. This would make a great gift for a political button collector. Thanks for looking at this auction.
