The illustration of the Cheshire Cat on the front is almost completely rubbed off, however some minor gilding remains. Remnants of a missing page at the beginning. May have been the cover page introducing both books. Body is coming free from the binding by the missing page, but still attached by webbing. Back of the body is still affixed to the spine. Body in very nice condition! Very minor foxing. No writing. The book features nearly 100 beautiful illustrations by John Tenniel.
