Armstrong and Son, Manufacturers and Dealers in Lumber, Laths, Posts and Shingles located at the Gosport Bridge near the shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia to Mr. Norman Cassell for lumber for McCoy's house (Norman Cassell lived at the corner of Crawford and London Streets and the lumber was possibly for the home of a relative of Basset Mccoy (Portsmouth Rifle Company/Mexican War).
