Their enclosures will also need ventilation! We have not had any issues with our deliveries as we ensure they are well packed and have enough food and hiding space for the duration of their travel. For refunds/returns:Claim must be submitted within TWO hours of delivery, if you are outside of this window refunds/returns will be voided. Please send photos with the DOA specimen on its back on a white piece of paper and I will refund (prorated) depending on qty. If 100% arrive DOA (cultures MUST be returned completely for any refunds or replacements). When returning a culture it must be 100% fully returned and in its original container.
